Daniel Basch is a Certified Public Accountant and credentialed business valuation professional with more than 15 years of experience providing valuation and financial advisory services in litigation, tax, and transaction contexts. He is the Managing Partner of Strong Tower Valuations, a boutique firm focused exclusively on delivering independent, well supported valuation opinions for closely held businesses and complex ownership interests.

Daniel’s practice concentrates on shareholder and partner disputes, marital dissolution matters, estate and gift tax planning, SBA lending, and strategic ownership transitions. His work frequently involves closely held operating companies, professional practices, and entities with complex capital structures. He places particular emphasis on methodological consistency, alignment between valuation inputs and conclusions, and clear articulation of economic reasoning suitable for adversarial review.

Prior to founding Strong Tower Valuations, Daniel served as a partner and advisory leader within a regional CPA firm and held senior roles in commercial and business banking. This background provides him with practical insight into credit analysis, capital structure, transaction dynamics, and lender expectations, which he integrates into valuation analyses where relevant. He has also served in executive and board level roles for growth oriented companies, further informing his understanding of owner decision making and financial risk.

Daniel holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified Valuation Analyst designation from NACVA. He has been recognized for professional leadership and contributions to the valuation discipline by national and state accounting organizations. His work is grounded in professional standards and structured to be clear, defensible, and credible in both advisory and contested settings.
