Daniel Basch, MBA, CPA, CVA
Patrick Roberts, CPA
Daniel Basch is a distinguished alumnus of St. John Fisher College, where he attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in corporate valuation and accounting. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York College at Canton.
Daniel is a highly qualified professional, holding the prestigious titles of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) recognized by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
His extensive expertise primarily revolves around the meticulous preparation of comprehensive business valuation reports, with a keen focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as litigation cases related to matrimonial dissolution.
Daniel Basch actively participates in reputable industry organizations, including the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), NYSSCPA (New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants), and NACVA (National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts).
In recognition of his outstanding contributions and leadership in the field, Daniel was honored as an Emerging Leader in 2022 by the NYSSCPA (New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants).
Daniel previously served on the board of directors for the Rochester Childfirst Network and remains actively involved in volunteering with several local not-for-profit organizations. When he's not in the office, you can often find Daniel enjoying leisurely boating on Canandaigua Lake, cherishing quality time with his wife and children.

Patrick graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the College at Brockport. Right out of school, Pat developed his knowledge, wisdom and passion for tax preparation and accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant a year after graduation and attributes much of this fast-paced success to his work experience, mentorship opportunities, and volunteerism. Pat felt that the best way to share this wisdom and knowledge with the community was to open his own full-service accounting and tax practice. Aside from taxes and accounting, Pat loves to spend time with his wife, four children and two dogs, go to the movies, play sports, visit with friends and family, and volunteer in the community.
